Goal: To create and manage Hilton Honors auction online platform, Hilton @PLAY

 HHonors, one of hospitality's leading rewards programs for Hilton customers, launched Hilton @PLAY, an auction platform where members can either redeem or bid for exclusive experiences. I managed the daily operations of the e-commerce website including content creation, editing, asset management, and experience fulfillment for all packages.

Goal: To improve SEO and SEA analytics for Hyatt Hotel properties across the United States

Oracle Hospitality delivers a range of software, hardware and external services for hospitality businesses. As a digital marketing analyst for the Hyatt Hotels account, I analyzed online marketing advertising campaigns for Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, and Andaz properties across the country.
